Gill Valerio is an American entrepreneur, investor, and digital marketing expert based in Tampa, Florida. He is the founder and CEO of Limitless Agency and Limitless Capital, a private equity firm specializing in acquiring, scaling, and exiting digital marketing agencies.
Valerio scaled his first digital marketing agency from zero to over $500,000 per month in revenue, signing 15–20 high-ticket clients per month, and successfully exited the business for a multi-seven-figure sale — all within 3.5 years. He then repeated the process with a second agency to validate his systems, proving the model was replicable rather than luck.
Today, through Limitless Agency, Valerio coaches digital agency owners on how to scale past $100K/month in revenue and build exit-ready businesses. Through Limitless Capital, he partners directly with agency owners via equity acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and full buyouts.
Background
Before entering digital marketing, Valerio owned and operated multiple Anytime Fitness franchise locations. After facing challenges with his third location, he pivoted into digital marketing in 2020, founding Elevate Marketing Solutions — a chiropractic and health/wellness marketing agency. The success of Elevate led to the creation of Limitless Capital in 2024 and Limitless Agency in the same year.
Valerio holds a Bachelor of Arts from City Colleges of Chicago – Wilbur Wright College.
